2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation

  • Before Production: Orders can be cancelled without penalty if cancelled before production begins
  • During Production: Cancellation may incur charges for materials and work completed
  • After Production: Cancellation is not permitted for standard products
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

2.2 Cancellation Process

  • Submit cancellation request in writing to contact@shandpipes.shop
  • Include order number and reason for cancellation
  • We will respond within 24 hours with cancellation status
  • Refund processing time: 5-7 business days

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Manufacturing defects in products
  • Products not meeting specifications as ordered
  • Damaged products during transit (if reported within 48 hours)
  • Wrong products delivered (if reported within 24 hours)
  • Cancelled orders (as per cancellation policy)

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Products damaged due to improper installation
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
  • Products used or installed
  • Custom orders that meet specifications
  • Products damaged due to natural disasters or force majeure
  • Change of mind after delivery

4. Return Process

4.1 Return Request

  • Submit return request within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide order number and reason for return
  • Include photographs of defective/damaged products
  • Wait for approval before returning products

4.2 Return Conditions

  • Products must be in original packaging
  • Products must be unused and in saleable condition
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless product defect)

4.3 Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using insured shipping
  • Return address will be provided upon approval
  • We are not responsible for products lost in return transit

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refund Methods

  • Original payment method (preferred)
  • Bank transfer to customer account
  • Company cheque (for large amounts)

5.2 Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfer: 2-3 additional business days
  • Cheque: 7-10 business days for delivery

5.3 Refund Amount

  • Full refund for manufacturing defects
  • Full refund for wrong products delivered
  • Partial refund for damaged products (based on damage extent)
  • Refund minus restocking fee for change of mind (if applicable)

6. Quality Issues

6.1 Manufacturing Defects

  • Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Products will be inspected by our quality team
  • Replacement products will be provided for confirmed defects
  • Refund option available if replacement is not possible

6.2 Quality Inspection

  • Returned products undergo thorough inspection
  • Inspection report will be shared with customer
  • Refund approval based on inspection findings
  • Disputed cases may require third-party inspection

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supplier issues.

7.2 Bulk Orders

  • Special terms may apply to bulk orders
  • Custom cancellation and refund terms for large projects
  • Advance payment refunds subject to work completed

  • Inspect products upon delivery
  • Report any issues immediately
  • Follow proper storage and handling procedures
  • Provide accurate information for returns/refunds
  • Maintain original packaging until inspection
